How does  Vidalista  work?

Super Vidalista Tablet effectively improves penile functions and delays sperms release in patients with sexual problems. It contains two medicines called dapoxetine and tadalafil. Dapoxetine delays ejaculation by blocking the reuptake of a chemical messenger called serotonin between the nerve cells. This increases the activity of serotonin within the brain which therefore increases the time taken to release the semen (ejaculate) during sexual intercourse.

Tadalafil improves penile erections by improving the blood supply to the penis. It works by blocking the effects of certain enzymes (PDE5) in the body that limits blood flow to the penis. As a result, it relaxes the blood vessels supplying the penis, improves penile function, and makes it stay erect throughout the process of sexual intercourse.

• Do not exceed the dosage of Super Vidalista Tablet more than once within a 24-hour period.
• Until you understand how Super Vidalista Tablet affects you, avoid activities that require concentration, such as driving.
• Be cautious of a sudden drop in blood pressure. If you have been sitting or lying down, rise slowly to prevent dizziness.
• If you experience an erection that lasts for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse, inform your doctor.
• Maintaining a healthy weight, following a balanced diet, and engaging in regular exercise may help manage erectile dysfunction.
• To effectively treat your condition, avoid consuming excessive amounts of alcohol as it can temporarily impair your ability to achieve an erection.
• It is advisable to avoid tobacco usage.
• Engage in intimate time with your partner and maintain a sexually active lifestyle to prevent further issues with erectile dysfunction.
• Take Super Vidalista Tablet as prescribed by your doctor and follow their instructions.
• If you encounter an erection lasting more than four hours, consult your doctor.
• If you have experienced a heart attack within the past 3 months, or a stroke or heart failure within the past 6 months, do not take Super Vidalista Tablet.

Indication

is a combination medicine that consists of Dapoxetine and Tadalafil. It is used mainly to treat premature ejaculation in adult men.

 Dosage & Administration of  Tablet

• Take Tadalafil and Dapoxetine tablets Super Vidalista) one to three hours before sexual activity with at least one full glass of water.
• Tablets must be swallowed whole.
• Do not take more than 1 tablet in any 24-hour period.
• At least 24 hours must pass since your last dose.
• Tablets may be taken with or without food.

In terms of food interactions, it is advised to avoid consuming alcohol as it may temporarily impair your ability to achieve an erection. Additionally, the use of St. John’s wort, a natural remedy for depression, should be avoided.

Super Vidalista Tablet may have interactions with various diseases including cardiovascular/heart disease, renal dysfunction (kidney impairment), pulmonary disease, alcoholism, liver disease, seizure disorder, hearing loss, retinitis pigmentosa (loss of vision), and priapism (prolonged erection of the penis). It is important to discuss your medical history and any existing conditions with your doctor before taking Super Vidalista.

 Contraindication

Super Vidalista tablets are contraindicated in patients with a hypersensitivity to Tadalafil, Dapoxetine Hydrochloride, or any inactive ingredient present in Super Vidalista tablets. Super Vidalista are also contraindicated in the following cases:

• Patients with significant pathological cardiac conditions, conduction abnormalities, significant ischemic heart disease, or significant valvular disease.
• Administration of Super Vidalista to patients using any form of organic nitrate is contraindicated. Tadalafil (Super Vidalista) has been shown to potentiate the hypotensive effect of nitrates
• Administration of this medicine along with guanylate cyclase (GC) stimulators, such as riociguat is contraindicated.
• Super vidalista is contraindicated for concomitant treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), or within 14 days of discontinuing treatment with an MAOI. Similarly, an MAOI should not be administered within 7 days after Super Vidalista has been discontinued.
• Super Vidalista is contraindicated for simultaneous treatment with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, saquinavir, telithromycin, nefazodone, nelfinavir, atazanavir, etc.
• Super Vidalista is contraindicated in patients with moderate and severe hepatic impairment.

Super Vidalista are not indicated for use by women

 Precautions & Warnings

The warnings and precautions to be taken while undergoing treatment with Tadalafil and Dapoxetine tablets are given below:

Super Vidalista Tablet should not be taken if:

• You have a known allergy to any of its ingredients.
• You are currently taking nitrates, riociguat, or alpha-blockers.
• You have a history of heart problems, stroke, low blood pressure, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or a previous loss of vision.
• Prior to taking Super Vidalista Tablet, inform your doctor if you have sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, leukemia, penile deformity, or severe kidney or liver problems.
• If you experience a sudden loss of vision or hearing while taking Super Vidalista Tablet, seek immediate medical attention.
• Super Vidalista Tablet is not intended for use in women.
• Be cautious while driving or operating machinery as Super Vidalista Tablet may cause dizziness.
• Avoid consuming alcohol as it can increase dizziness.
• Super Vidalista should not be given to children as their safety and effectiveness have not been established.
• Do not take Super Vidalista Tablet if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (such as Isocarboxazid, Phenelzine, Selegiline, and Tranylcypromine), within the last 14 days.
